Bio

Hi, I'm Amanda Arrowsmith — a passionate storyteller, digital strategist, and proud hockey enthusiast based in Asbury Park, NJ. I serve as the Social & Digital Media Manager for the ECHL, where I lead league-wide digital strategy, live game coverage, and co-host our very own ECHL Ice Level podcast, which I also founded.

With a B.A.A. in Sports Management and a minor in Marketing from Central Michigan University, I’ve shaped a career around bringing stories to life through engaging content, smart strategy, and community connection. From short-form video and podcast production to analytics and team leadership, I’m hands-on, results-driven, and always looking for creative ways to build brand affinity and elevate the fan experience.

While hockey is where I’ve gained much of my professional experience, my love for social media goes far beyond the rink. I’m fascinated by how digital platforms bring people together, shape culture, and turn everyday moments into powerful stories. Whether it's helping local organizations grow online, jumping into new trends, or digging into analytics to optimize engagement, I see social media as more than a job — it’s a creative playground I’m always excited to explore.

I thrive in fast-paced environments, love collaborating with passionate teams, and bring a bubbly, can-do energy to everything I do. Whether it’s launching a new content series or fine-tuning a social strategy, I’m always up for the challenge — and a good cup of coffee.

I grew up in Brighton, Michigan, where I first discovered my love for sports in high school. I played just about everything growing up, but soon realized that working in sports filled my bucket more than playing ever did. That realization led me to pursue a degree in Sports Management, with a growing interest in marketing and digital media. Fast forward a few years, and I took a leap of faith to the Jersey Shore, where I’m now in my current position.

Excited to see what the future holds!
